Kusadasi is a leading holiday resort in Turkey, to the South of Izmir, Turkey's 3rd largest city. Kusadasi is a very attractive city of 42,500 and close to the archaeological sites of Ephesus, Priene and Miletos. A causeway connects Kusadasi with a small island noted for the large numbers of migrating birds, 'Bird Island' has a Bzantine castle, built during the Ottoman period.
The Old Town has a range of restaurants and bars to satisfy every taste, with international cuisine including Italian, Chinese and Mexican as well as the Turkish and fresh seafood on offer. There is a choice of beautiful sandy beaches and the complex is close to a National Park.
The climate is Mediterranean with hot Summers and mild Winters. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, the Kusadasi area offers a long rental season for holidays. The transfer time from the airports at Izmir and Bodrum are 45 and 60 minutes respectively. Ferries server the Greek Islands and Kusadasi is also a port on cruise liner itineraries. Local transport is provided by taxi and 'Dolmus' - very cheap shared mini-buses. Car hire and mopeds can be hired locally.
FOR SALE PRICE AND PURCHASE INFORMATION
The offer price for a limited number of villas is 126.500,00 Euros - approximately £88,000 (GBP).
A 10% deposit is required to secure your villa, with a further 40% payable within 60 days of signing the contract. On completion of the build a further 40% becomes payable, with the final 10% being payable after fitting-out and on completion.
Completed villas not sold off-plan will be priced between 139.000,00 and 149.500,00 Euros - approximately £99,000 - £105,000 (GBP).
These prices include all sales taxes and the cost of the title deeds (Turkish equivalent of Stamp Duty).
