This magnificent apartment has been furnished to the highest specification and is in a fantastic central location in the heart of Icmeler. Perfectly positioned close to shops, bars, cafes and restaurants and within a short walk to the cosmopolitan marina and beaches, this beautiful apartment is only 2 minute walk to the town centre.

Set on two floors the elegant dining and spacious living area in the apartment provides ample seating for six. Large flat screen television with satellite and DVD player.


The kitchen with a door leading to its own balcony with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery, glassware and cooking utensils and also full dining service for your meals. The bathroom with a shower unit on the ground floor. On the first floor, the luxurious master bedroom with an air conditioning unit, a large double bed, and some modern wardrobes has a en-suite.



The apartment is fully equipped for a perfect holiday.
The other air conditioned two twin bedrooms have large wardrobes. The main bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, utility room with washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.



The exceptionally large terrace with built in barbecue, sun loungers, this also boasts the unique advantage of having a garden. This also makes this an ideal family holiday.



Icmeler is a small, peaceful beach town increasingly becoming a well liked resort town overt the last 15 years. The coast line is sheltered by headlands and is the meeting point of Aegean and Mediterranean sea.



The apartment is situated in a residential area of Icmeler so peace and tranquaility are assured. Amenities are however within easy reach being only a short walk from the apartment. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and there are restaurants and shops also about 2 minutes walk away.



Marmaris is a short bus or taxi ride away.

Marmaris and Icmeler are located on the South West Coast of Turkey and is an increasingly popular holiday paradise surrounded by rich natural beauty.


Marmaris is always lively during the day with aqua parks, sailing, boat trips and tours to many of Turkeys historical attractions. The shopping centres offer quality goods for sale at prices not common in the EU destinations. Leather and Gold are particular favourites of the European tourists.


Marmaris also boasts the largest marina in the South Aegean and many people use Marmaris as a must on their boating holidays around Turkey and the Greek Islands. Rhodes is only 50 minutes from Marmaris and it is possible to take a day trip to see the ancient walled city.

LOCATION

Icmeler is situated along the Western Mediterranean coast of Turkey where the Mediterranean sea meets the Agean sea. It is a natural harbour being protected by islands and headlands from the open sea. Accessable via Dalaman (approximatly 1 hour 15 minutes)or Bodrum (approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes) airports.


There are no large developments and the locals in the cafes and restaurants are very hospitable and welcome you as friends.


The weather promises long hot summers and sunny winter days, seasons are distinct with their own pleasures. The destination is suitable for year-round holidays. Walking holidays in the cooler seasons is particularly enjoyable.
