LOCATION

Akyaka is a few minutes drive away and offers a beautiful and well cared for beach, with a few restaurants and hotels. There are a number of fine fish restaurants along the river on thew and it isn't hard to imagine why this place is so relaxing and peaceful, even during the high season.

Marmaris is always lively during the day with aqua parks, sailing, boat trips and tours to many of Turkeys historical attractions. The shopping centres offer quality goods for sale at prices not common in the EU destinations. Leather and Gold are particular favourites of the European tourists.


Marmaris also boasts the largest marina in the South Aegean and many people use Marmaris as a must on their boating holidays around Turkey and the Greek Islands. Rhodes is only 50 minutes from Marmaris and it is possible to take a day trip to see the ancient walled city.


Alternatively escape to one of the many peaceful, rural and undiscovered landscapes with quiet beaches and villages that seem as yet undiscovered to the tourist world.



Bright and colourful markets selling fresh local produce at prices that seem too good to be true, and you will realise what fresh fruit and veg shouild tast like!

The rental villa is about 40 minutes drive from Marmaris, near a small coastal village of Akyaka, and within easy access of Dalaman international airport which is served by charter flights.
