Take your coffee on the elegant wrought-iron and tiled balcony, and savour the sights and atmosphere of Antibes from your light and airy apartment that has roof-top views of the Garoupe lighthouse and Picasso museum.
Alternatively, explore the pedestrian areas, backstreets or the marina.
There is also the local Rampart beach that you get to through an arch in a wall. It is sandy and feels rather special for being hidden away!

The boulangerie and other essentials are practically on your doorstep.
You will almost certainly end up wanting to buy this apartment and it will break your heart to hand back the key, but I'm afraid it's not on the market!

The Apartment
The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift, but this should be viewed as a good thing... because you can use the exercise as an excuse for tucking into treats from the local patisserie!
The large south facing terrace serves as the dining and sitting area through the Summer months.
It is covered to offer protection from the mid-day sun and just as importantly, the apartment is 'traversant', meaning that it opens to both the North and South for those welcome summer breezes.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher.
If you are tempted to try some cooking, just look at the range of spices that you can buy at the local market!
It is very apparent that this is the owner's home, because you will not be short of a blender or a good sharp knife. The finishing touches and pretty container planting on the balcony clearly reflect the owner's pleasure in having such a delightful apartment in such a sought-after location.
All linen and towels are provided. A cleaner also comes once a week.
The Accommodation
The apartment has two double bedrooms, with access to the terrace from the main bedroom.
And, the bathroom is modern and has a bath with shower.
The Area
The covered Provencal market is just 100m away and you have easy access to trains and buses. Being in the centre of the old town, the opportunity to explore the streets or enjoy a walk around the old walls are endless.
All the sights and attractions of the French Riviera are within easy reach. Travel West towards Cannes or East towards Nice. For a change from the coast, head inland and explore the nearby mountain towns and villages. Vence, Biot and the old town of Cagnes Sur Mer are nearby and make for delightful outings.
