Villotel is a condominium with self catering villas bungalows set in the glowing hills alongside the road to Benitachell. Its community facilities include the largest swimming pool from Moraira with a children's section, tennis, basketball & volley court, a mini golf, a children's playground, a ping-pong table, biljarts & bar/restaurant in summer. Far enough from the bustling village centre to be a heaven of tranquillity, especially at night, it is within walking distance from the village centre (3 km) and close by to supermarkets, pubs and restaurants.

The Penthouse

The 60m2 2 bedroom penthouse (sleeps 2-6) has a large living room which is equipped with a satellite colour TV, so you can watch programs in your own language.

The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a washing machine, and you can hook up your computer on the telephone line for your Internet communication.

You can enjoy the sun throughout the day on the huge 30m2 terrace, which can be covered nearly completely with a awning.

It faces the West overlooking the countryside hills, which guarantees gorgeous sunsets. From the terrace you can watch and communicate with your children in the swimming pool below.

There are 2 double bedrooms with queen sized beds and 2 people can be accommodated in the living room

This wheel-chair friendly self catering holiday flat (sleeps 2-6) provides accommodation for 4 people in 2 alcoves plus an extra 2 people in the living-room.

With satellite TV and telephone for a computer connection to the Internet, this is an ideal rental for family holidays in the sun and for year-round rentals and winter residence for senior citizens.

There has a good sized bathroom and for added convenience there is a clothes washing machine in the bathroom.

The Area

Moraira, the ‘Saint-Tropez’ of the Costa Blanca, is situated north of Benidorm between Calpe and Denia in Spain. It is an old fishing village and has retained its character because high rise buildings are prohibited. The mid day temperature is always mild throughout the year (usually above 15°C).

There are 4 large sandy beaches at Moraira, which provides plenty of space for holidaymakers, even during the summer months. There is a modern marina in the village where water sport facilities such as sailing, water ski, diving and fishing are available. One can also hire boats & water scooters, drive go-carts, ride horses, play golf, tennis, squash, basket ball and bowling. There are several discotheques and many restaurants in and around the village, some with stars in the Guide Michelin. There are 5 golf courses close by.






How to get here

Villotel is approximately a one hour drive North of Alicante airport and Moraira is served by well maintained roads.

The price range for weekly rentals is from 500 to 600 Euros.
