Outside is a large covered terrace on which to sit, dine or enjoy a bottle of wine whilst watching the yachts drift in and out of the marina.
Separating the interior from the terrace is a set of folding doors which can be fully opened to enjoy the warm weather. Inside you will find a cosy, comfortable lounge with two settees (one of which converts into a full-size sprung double bed) and a dining area.
For entertainment purposes, there is a 21" TV (with digital satellite offering a choice of UK channels), a CD stereo and a DVD player with Dolby-Digital surround-sounds and a PlayStation 1 with games. There is also a good selection of CDs to listen to, DVDs to watch or books to read if you fancy a quiet night in after a hard days relaxing and sunbathing on the beach or by the pool.....
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven/grill, 4-ring hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and microwave together with plenty of glasses, cutlery and all the utensils you would like to find to make this a perfect home from home.
Moving through to the bedroom, there are two single beds (which can be pushed together to form another double) with individual reading lights, a dressing table and large built-in wardrobe. The external wall is full-length windows with a central door looking out over the marina.
The bedroom and lounge have wall heaters for the Winter season and there is a powerful Air-Conditioning/Heating unit in the main lounge area for cool in the Summer or additional heating in Winter.
The bathroom is luxuriously appointed and has a 4-piece suite with shower.Please note that the bathroom is reached through the bedroom and therefore the apartment may not be suitable for two couples sharing.
There is a small, quiet communal pool at the property surrounded by a lawned area which our guests are free to use at any time. We would advise potential guests that our complex is a small, high-class residential complex and not a ‘holiday’ complex – other residents come here for the peace and quiet and we ask that you respect the peaceful atmosphere at all times.
The Port Petit complex is situated directly on the quiet road surrounding the marina and there is a large selection of bars and restaurants on the marina within a couple of minutes stroll. There is a choice of two or three beaches less than ten minutes walk away and the pedestrianised resort centre is an easy five minute walk away. If you have a hire car the complex has a private car parking area to the rear of the apartment with remote-controlled automated gates.
