This house is centrally heated for winter comfort, and air-conditioned for those hot, summer nights. We offer very good rates for winter bookings, so why not take a welcome break in Mallorca.

PUERTO DE ANDRATX. MALLORCA

Our villa is between the Puerto de Andratx and Andrax town itself. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in this area and a weekly market is held in the town on Wednesday. Although near to the town and port the house is private, quiet and secluded with lovely views to the sea, Puerto de Andratx and the mountains behind it.

Children friendly holiday villa

The house is well equipped for having a baby or toddler to stay. We have childguards for the internal staircase, toys, and a drop-sided cot with bedding.

The house is two-storied, built on the gentle slope of a hill called "The turtle", which lies behind it. The main door opens onto the first floor, which houses the living area. This is a large, light, airy room with marbled floors and a beamed ceiling. It has wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. Always cool during the heat of summer and with its open fire most welcoming to be in when the autumn nights draw in. The south side of this room has French windows all opening onto a large balcony outside.

The kitchen is on the same level as the living room. It is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave etc. There is also a laundry room leading off the kitchen.

The three double bedrooms are on the lower floor. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom. All the bedrooms open onto the veranda and pool area.

There is a weekly maid service when the house is cleaned and the bed linen and towels are changed. There is also a gardener and house manager employed.

We invite you to use our house when we are not there to help to cover some of the costs of keeping up such a house. Should you decide to spend your holiday here you will be enjoying the use of a well loved, family home.

From 1.500 pounds to 3.000 pounds depending on time of year and amount of people.
