The townhouse is brand new and has been finished to a luxurious standard. Its design allows it to be divided into two separate rentals apartments - a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartment. The holiday rental is part of the small and exclusive Marina Dor III development of just 20 properties.
This flexible accommodation means that the property can be rented as a 3 bedroomed townhouse for larger family holidays in Cala Egos up to 8 people, or it can be divided into two separate rental apartments for smaller numbers of guests from 2 to 6 holidaymakers.
THE CALA EGOS APARTMENTS TO RENT
Casa Bella has been furnished to the highest standards and has air conditioning in every room. The living areas are furnished with comfortable sofa beds and are provided with Sky TV, DVD, video player and a CD hi-fi.
Both rental apartments in this townhouse have their own luxury and fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, including washing machine, microwave, hob and all utilities such as pots, pans, plates, toaster, sandwich maker, iron etc. Put simply, if it's not available, it's not needed for you to enjoy a wonderful holiday here!
The private garden and patio area has been extended and leads onto the private walled garden. The pool area has 2 large circular pools with a raised bubble pool and waterfalls.

CALA EGOS - MAJORCA
The local beach of Cala Egos is a 5 minute stroll from the rental apartments, as is the beautiful harbour area of Cala Dor. Local bars and restaurants are even closer to hand and can be reached within a couple of minutes.
The SYP supermarket is opposite the complex, making it very hand for provisions.
With a choice of wonderful sandy beaches nearby and a range of activities and sight-seeing options from golf, water-sports to the famous Caves of Drach, there is plenty to keep the whole family happy on the holiday. Not forgetting the delightful Cala Dor, with its harbour, restaurants and shops - you are unlikely to make much use of the kitchen!

Cala Egos can be reach from Palma international airport within around 45 minutes by hire car.

The price range for these apartments is from £250 to £1100 per week. Each apartment is available for rental separately or as a single 3 bedroom townhouse.

Heating, air conditioning and Broadband Internet for year round family holidays with children. 2010: Available until May 7th, 14th May to 13th June, 21st to 28th august, September 4th to 11th, from 4th October.

Pollensa (North): The villa can sleep 6 and has its own private pool. The villa is surrounded by magnificient places that you can visit, the beach is only 3 km away. 2010: Available until May 8th, May 22nd to 29th, June 8th to 19th, June 26th to July 24th, August 7th to October 3rd and from October 9th onwards.
Luxury villa overlooking Puerto Andratx: This air conditioned villa is very private and has spacious living areas for family holidays. Covered terraces, out-door dining and a pool terrace make this a luxury rental. The twin garage has a lift for taking shopping down to the kitchen, although the temptation of the waterfront restaurants in Puerto Andratx means that aperatives and breakfast are the only meals likely to be taken on the terrace dining area. 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8. 2010: Good availability.
Cala D'or : Ground floor apartment with large terrace and view of the marina sleep 6. The apartment is furnished to a high standard.Overlooks the sophisticated inernational marina with its many superb reataurants and bars,which can be reached within a 3 minute walk. 2010: Available from April 11 - 15, May 5 - 15 and from 11 September onwards.
Alcudia:Family holiday 3 bedroom villa near Puerto de Pollensa in quiet part of popular resort 2010: Available 16 April - 18 May, 29 May - 8 June, 6-13 July, 3-10 August and 31st August onwards.
Andratx countryside: - cottage and self contained apartment in countryside between Port Andratx and Andrax village a few minutes by car from beach. The accommodation comprises of a "Casita" (small cottage) and/or a double room in the main house. 2010: Good availability.
Make sure you travel comfortably - if you're going to the beach or camping - or if you fear an airport delay - pack a good airbed / lilo in your luggage!
