THE APARTMENT

Three bedroom sea front apartment located in the heart of Puerto de Alcudia north east of Majorca.The apartment is on the 3rd floor so it has a front terrace with amazing views to the bay.The nearest beach is less than a minute walk as well as the shops bars and restaurants. Alcudia is one of the most sought after areas in Majorca with its sandy beaches and lovely village and marina.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The flat has 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms a very big kitchen and a large dining room.One of the bedrooms is situated at the front and has an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace.It's the biggest of the three.The dining room is also at the front of the house with also access to the terrace so it has fantastic views to the sea.The other 2 bedrooms are located at the back and both have twin beds.All the rooms have fitted cupboards and there are also plenty of fitted cupboards in the corridor that leads to the 2 bedrooms and the a further bathroom.
Both bathrooms are new and modern with bath tub.
The apartment is fully furnished and it's ideal for 6 people but there is room for more if needed.

The kitchen is very big and has all modern appliances including dishwasher.There is a storage room in the kitchen as well as an utility room for the laundry(quite big) where the washing machine is.

Activities An endless number of activities such as cycling,swimming,fishing,golf,windsurfing,jet ski hire,water skiing,boat hire,glass bottom boat trips(actually departing from right in front of the flat),horse riding,tennis and the mountains nearby for the more adventurous.
