This 1 bedroom beachside apartment for rent sleeps 4 and is fully air-conditioned

Off the lounge a good size balcony has lovely views over the Mar Menor and the La Isleta marina. Restaurants, bars, shopping are all within walking distance as are tennis and all water sports.
AREA
La Manga is a paradise for sun, sea and sand lovers; it is a sleeve of land between the Mediterranean Ocean and the Mar Menor, a lagoon that is over 60 square miles of warm water. Every kind of water sport can be found along this 20km strip of land and so many beaches that you will rarely come across a crowded beach.
It is not just the water sports that attract so many visitors, close by we have a National Nature reserve, trekking and horse riding, mountain biking, go-carting, fishing, a good size Sunday market, a 'Bohemian' market and of course the La Manga Club where you can find some of the best Golf courses and Tennis courts in Spain.
For a day out visit Cartagena to see the oldest sea port in the world, here you can look around an on-going dig for Roman ruins or enjoy the new Marina area. Murcia, about 40mins away is very good for shopping, museums and really is a beautiful town to wander around.
Mar Menor beach and Cavannah Square – about a 5-minute stroll is very lively in the evening though local bars and 'Nobbies Cantina' – for English breakfast are closer.
The Marina, next to the apartment has a very good restaurant or just sit on the terrace and watch the sunset. We can organise a charter boat for you or hire of a jet-ski or rent a small sailing cat and go for lunch on Isla Perdigura in the Mar Menor..
LOCATION
La Manga Golf Club is one of the local attractions and is only a couple of miles along the road if you'd like to play on one of the 3 golf courses or 28 tennis courts.
