The villa occupies a secluded location, 3km from San Rafel on the Santa Agnes road and has beautiful rural views. This rental villa is ideally located, because it is sufficiently close to San Antonio to enable younger members of the family to sample the vibrant high-life of Ibiza, yet far enough away to offer a total escape for older and younger family members who prefer to enjoy their holiday in a more rural, peaceful and traditional Ibizan environment. With all members of the family fully catered for, this villa rental offers all the magical ingredients for a memorable family holiday.
San Rafel and Santa Agnes are both beautiful Spanish villages, with a choice of restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
THE RENTAL VILLA (FINCA)
This large traditional Ibizan finca that has been beautifully restored for idyllic family holidays. Set in 150,000 m2 of land with fantastic views, the original part of the house is over 300 years old.
This wonderful villa has a wide choice of indoor and outside seating areas, making this suited to large family holidays, where people like to gather together or have some solitude.
SEPARATE APARTMENT FOR EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBERS
The villa also has a completely separate self-contained apartment. This extra accommodation is ideal if two separate groups, grandparents or growing children want to share the holiday yet still have a degree of independence without having to share the same kitchen and bathrooms. It is NOT rented separately from the villa.SWIMMING POOL
There is a large swimming pool with excellent quality loungers and a separate BBQ area. The grounds include parking space for may cars, so again different family groups can hire cars to enjoy different activities and outings.RENTAL ACCOMMODATION (This villa sleeps 10-14)
The main house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms on two floors. Also in the main house there is a large fully equipped kitchen with a large table, dining room, TV area, enclosed sun terrace and large out-door terrace.

The separate apartment has 1 / 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living/dining area and a privet patio with the BBQ.LOCATION
The finca is situated less than 20 minutes drive from the airport, and just 12 minutes drive from Ibiza town.
