The Nice Area

• In the District of Rimiez, (north of Cimiez).
• Regular Bus service every 20 mins into Nice centre (journey time 20 mins.)
• To visit very close by the Matisse Museum, Roman Amphitheatre in the ancient olive grove of Cimiez, the Cimiez Monastery with its beautiful gardens.
• Stoll along the canal path
• By car or bus, 4km away is the fortified hilltop village of Falicon.
• Of course, everything that Nice has to offer.
• Nearest Supermarket about 1 kilometre downhill (on bus route for return!) a decent sized monoprix

• Small Kitchenette with washing machine, sink, twin hob, small worksurface-top oven, fridge freezer and all utensils, cutlery/crockery etc.

• South facing private garden of approx 40m2. The view of Nice, the Mountains and the sea is superb.
• In a residence of 20 appartments set into 3 low rise blocks (3 storey)
• Communal Gardens, Private Named secure Car Parking Space - electric Gates.
• The shared Swimming pool is usually not used by anyone else as most flats are occupied by Nicois rather than holiday flats.
