Roof terrace and on the entrance level a shady patio for summer barbecues. A few steps away is the magnificent swimming pool, set in lush tropical gardens.
Bed coverings sheets and pillowcases are provided. Bathtowels are also provided, but not for use in the pool area.
Bookings are normally from 2 p.m. on day of arrival to 11 a.m. on final day.
If in the event of a cancellation, if a new booking can be found, deposits (less costs) will be refunded. However, insurance is advised.
Deposit of 1/3 of rental on booking and balance to be paid six weeks prior to holiday.
A £50 refundable deposit is payable against breakages.
No pets or animals.

Occupancy: It may be possible, by mutual agreement, for the departing tenants if flying out later in the day to leave their suitcases for collection, likewise with a party arriving early. The housekeeper will help as much as possible.
