Fantastic air conditioned apartment in a stylish low-rise gated complex with lovely pools and gardens. Situated in one of the most sought after locations on the Costa del Sol, near Marbella and Puerto Banus, the apartment is in a quiet area yet very close to all local attractions and amenities.

The large lounge / dining room is immaculately furnished with leather sofas, solid wooden furniture, original artwork and modern accessories (stereo system, large T.V, DVD player and satellite channels).
The modern glass dining table seats six, still leaving lots of space. Large patio doors lead out to the marvellous terrace overlooking the green and fairway of Guadalmina golf course.
This property also benefits from underground parking (no more red hot cars!) and is serviced by a lift directly from the basement. The communal gardens are beautifully landscaped and the complex benefits from a childrens playground, paddle tennis court and putting green.
RENTAL ACCOMMODATION
Master bedroom
Master bedroom has twin beds (can be moved together for a couple) and bespoke furniture. Large patio windows lead out onto the balcony and overlook the golf course. Two built in wardrobes give ample storage and the marble tiled on-suite boasts a separate large power shower, his and her sinks, whirlpool bath, bidet and under floor heating.
Guest bedroom
Guest bedroom again consists of twin beds and has bespoke furniture and full length windows overlooking the pool and gardens. It is entered via its own hallway which also leads to a bathroom consisting of a full size bath, over bath shower, bidet an under floor heating. Extra large wardrobes give ample storage for residents and visitors belongings.
LOCATION NEAR MARBELLA
Guadalmina Alta
This apartment is situated in the prestigious and established area of Guadalmina Alta, and within walking distance of all the facilities Guadalmina has to offer including the nearby Barcelo Hotel, golf courses, tennis, supermarkets, banks, great restaurants etc. It is only two kilometres from the charming town of San Pedro del Alcantara with its lively centre, beaches and promenade.
There are also play facilities for children.
Marbella and Puerto Banus
The renowned Puerto Banus is a five minute drive away and the fashionable Marbella about 15 minutes.
From this superbly located property, Andalucia with its spectacular scenery, snow resorts of the Sierra Nevada, pretty white villages and historic cities beg to be explored.
How to get there:
