Port Aguilas
Located between the Costa Blanca to the North and Costa del Sol to the South, the coast line of Costa Calida and Costa Almeria is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful beaches backed by mountains. Small Andalusian villages bring a traditional Spanish feel to holidays in this area, with their colourful fiestas and holy-days.

BEVERLEY HILLS RENTAL APARTMENT
Beverly Hills apartment complex is conveniently located with only a 5 minute walk to several outstanding beaches and dozens more within a short drive. The complex features a large swimming pool with tennis court and a marvelous restaurant specialising in wonderful local cuisine.
This modern air-conditioned, 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment is extremely well equipped and fully self-contained including washing machine. All linen is provided. The kitchen is modern and provides all the conveniences of home including micro-wave, oven/range, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. The unit is equipped with TV/video and CD player/radio.
The most spectacular aspect of the apartment is its large terrace that overlooks the swimming pool, tennis court and the Mediterranean Sea. The view is truly stunning! (see the photos below and at the top of this page)
Live entertainment and other attractions are offered at the restaurant and on terrace throughout the year. The terraced apartments are set on a hillside above the town, offering expansive views of the Mediterranean coast from anywhere on the property and from the private balcony. The complex has its own security staff and electronic entry system, and parking is never a problem.

This luxury 2 bedroom rental apartment is located in a separate complex just a short distance from Beverley Hills, with a large swimming pool set in gardens. The apartment is within a short walk of several local beaches and the village of San Juan de los Terreros.
The modern apartment is light-filled and spacious with two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comes fully equipped with linens, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, microwave, T.V. and DVD - in fact, everything to make your home away from home. You can relax in the evenings on your quiet and private balcony, while enjoying the beach and mountain views.
COSTA CALIDA TOURIST INFORMATION
San Juan de los Terreros is located on the border of the spectacular Costa Calida and Costa Almeria in the region of Andalucia. Located between 1 to 2 hours drive from 3 of the most easily accessible airports in southern Spain, the Costa Calida has it's own "micro-climate" ensuring some of the most temperate weather anywhere in Europe. Daytime temperatures rarely fall below 15 degrees C even during the winter months. The average year-round temperature is around 21 degrees C. The area has minimal rainfall and offers some of the best weather in all of Europe.
The Exclusive Beverly Hills apartment complex is set back overlooking the picturesque village of San Juan de los Terreros, located on one of the most beautiful coastlines on all of the Spanish peninsula. Shopping is close by. You will find all the essentials within a 5 minute walk to the quaint village of San Juan de los Terreros, and a more extensive selection in nearby port city of Aguilas (5 km). The town of San Juan de los Terreros is surrounded by agricultural lands and bathed by the Mediterranean. It is a land full of contrasts - intensely blue sea, rocky mountains, steep valleys, sandy white beaches and transparent waters.
Further inland the terrain changes to a semi-arid landscape of ochre coloured soil with little vegetation, but numerous marine fossils and volcanic minerals. Aguilas has two protected natural areas: the Parque Regional Costero-Litoral de Cabo Cope-Calnegre and the Paisaje Natural de Cuatro Calas.
The modern city of Aguilas is only 5 km away, and is located on a site whose history dates back thousands of years. You will find spectacular views and a strong sense of this history when you visit the ancient castle of San Juan de las Aguilas. The local cuisine is based on fish and the most famous dishes are "Moraga de sardinas y caramel", Caldo pescao" and "Arroz a banda" with a wonderful selection of all types of fish and shellfish Aguilas celebrates the Carnival de Aguilas, approximately 40 days before Easter. This festival is one of the largest in Spain and includes an impressive street procession.
Mojacar is another nearby town that boasts a rich Moorish heritage. A twenty minute drive from Beverly Hills, Mojacar is protected behind the Cabrera mountain range and overlooks the Mediterranean sea. Mojacar Beach enforces a building restriction of two storeys that has helped to maintain the charm of the area. The Beach is 17 kilometres long, with a large part being designated an area of natural beauty . The older town of Mojacar is slightly inland and built on a hillside with narrow cobbled streets that wind between whitewashed houses clinging to the hillside. There is a lively flea market each Saturday morning, typical restaurants, shops with local crafts and antiques from the area.
The area around San Juan de los Terreros ofers a wide variety of activities for people of all ages. Along with the great selection of local beaches and typical towns, you'll find golf courses, tennis, cycling, walking, hiking and water-sports of all kinds. For skiers, the beautiful Sierra Nevada ski area is only 3 hours away, as is the historic city of Granada. The region has been preserved from the massive influx if tourists found in other more developed areas such as the Costa del Sol. It maintains the quiet, quaint features of the real Spain. In summary, it is the ideal location: beautiful beaches, local atmosphere, friendly people, incredible food, and activities to meet everyone's taste.
