Location

The apartment is situated in its own large plot in the midst of woodlands. The nearest restaurant and bakery is 200 yards away. All other amenities are available in Riells - 2 mile away, and L'Escala - 3 miles away.

The promenade

Many bars and restaurants of all types, Car, jet ski, quad bike and motorboat hire Banks, clinics, bakeries, supermarkets, all alongside wide sandy beach, pupular with teenagers. Free musical entertainment and street market in the evenings

L'Escala - 3 miles.

Fascinating home of anchovy fishing. Famous throughout Spain for its cuisine and still retaining its character. No package tours here. L'Escala has every type of shop and facility, plus several small beaches near the village. Sunday market. Daily produce market. Free entertainment is provided on the sea front throughout the summer. This is the place to see the “Sardana” local dance and hear the “Habaneras” - Cuban sea shanties, sung by local fishermen.

Nearest beach:

Fabulous Montgo. Fully enclosed horseshoe shaped cove, with gently shelving sandy beach. Sunbeds, umbrellas, pedalos for hire. Several lovely fish restaurants on beach. Other beaches are at Riells, in L'Escala, and at Ampurias by the ruins.
