THE HOLIDAY VILLA

The lounge area has a double sofa and an ample seating arrangement, complete with stereo CD player and TV (you are advised to take you own satellite viewing card). The patio doors open onto the patio which is equipped with table, chairs and built in barbecue.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The dining area is fitted with a large table and six chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fitted cupboards, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and electric hob.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite. Doors open onto the patio.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes.

There is a fully tiled bathroom with shower serving bedrooms 2 and 3.

Outside there is ample parking, a large garden with grass area and shade, complete with swimming pool and lounger area.

At the bottom of the garden there is a 12 metre mooring available if required for mooring your own boot or hire craft, which enables you to use the canals, gain access to the port and the open sea and the Bay of Roses within 15 minutes.

The beach is about a five minute drive, also the local supermarket.

LOCATION

Empuriabrava is within one days drive of Channel ports. It is the largest inhabited marina in the world.

Alternatively if some members of the family wish to fly to Perpignon or Girona airports these are within easy reach. There is a bus service operating from Girona airport directly to Empuriabrava.
Barcelona is approximately two hours away by road or rail.
