This is a delightful detached villa located only 8 minutes drive from Moraira town and only a few minutes from local beaches. The property is in a Spanish style of two separate floors connected via an external stairs and has 250 m2 of finished accommodation. It offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 people in comfort plus a 'put you up' beds if required.

THE VILLA

Located in the delightful area of Baladrar with wonderful sea views this villa is ideally situated to enable you to enjoy all the numerous aspects of life in and around the Costa Blanca.

Just a few hundred yards from a local beach, 1/2 mile from an elegant, large supermarket, and many local restaurants. It has been said that one can dine in and around Moraira for a year and never visit the same restaurant twice.

THE ACCOMMODATION

If dining out is not your ideal, then this villa provides everything for you to stay in and enjoy good food. It comes with two separate kitchens in both the upper and lower floor areas as well as a separate barbeque area outside.



The property is in its own large grounds 1800 m2 and the garden boasts many fine local plants and citrus trees. The property is located in a quiet no through road and due to its size and position is completely private and not overlooked by any other neighbouring property. It has its own private driveway and extensive parking area under the shade of several mature pine trees.
The property boasts its own beautiful mosaic tiled swimming pool 9x4m surrounded by exotic palm trees as well as many terrace areas for sun bathing, for sitting and lazing in a shady spot or just relaxing at one of the many outdoor dining areas to enjoy a drink, food or just talking with friends.
This is a perfect location and facility for you and your friends to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

All these upper floor rooms have air conditioning for the hot summer months. The lower cooler floor has a ceiling fan to keep the air moving on warmer summer evenings.

There are a large number of very good golf clubs within a short drive in the area. Here are two of the closest

Golf Ifach Club

This is the local Golf club Golf Ifach. It is literally only 100yards from the villa although the club house entrance is a short 5 mins drive.Golf Javea is about a 20 mins drive and it is a very popular club in the area. But because of this it can be quiet busy so it's essential to book in advance.

Security

Moraira is one of the safest places on the Costa Blanca. But like all situations it would be wise to ensure that you maintain security diligence at all times. In particular, we have been informed that there are certain criminal groups that operate out of the major holiday airports. Our advice is that you should be watchful when you first arrive at the airport and when you first arrive at the property. Remember you are a prime target for criminals when you first arrive in another country for two reasons 1. your passports 2. most travellers are usually carrying cash.
So a little bit of security awareness is worth it. Having said that we have had no previous experience of anybody being robbed. These criminal elements tend to concentrate on the larger resorts like Benidorm etc.

Insurance

Please ensure you take out separate insurance in case you have to cancel or you incur luggage or personal loses whilst on holiday.

Car Hire

Car hire at Alicante airport can be unpredictable particularly during busy periods. The two companies are good and usually the best deals around. DoYouSpain we have found extremely good and you don't have to pay in advance

The nearest airport to Moraira is ALICANTE about 1hour although VALENCIA is also close at 11/4 hrs.
