Living Room/Dining: Airey lounge with Settee Bed, coffe table and dining table and chairs, leading to balcony with table and chair and view to sea.

Bathroom: Fully tiled Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wc, and twin wash basin.

Shower room:    Fully tiled shower room with, wc and wash basin.

Bedroom 1:        1 Double Bedroom, with wardrobe, bed units and draws.

      Bedroom 2: Twin beds, wardrobe, bed units and draws.
      Outside: Solarium and Barbecue, large pool and sea view
     

   Suitability: children welcome, suitable for disabled. Pets not allowed.

    Local Activities:  

  Golf, swimming, tennis, walking, cycling, fishing, windsurfing, water skiing, jet ski hire, boat hire, water parks, fairground, Nature walks, It is situated 50km from Alicante  airport (1hour transfer time); 30km from San Javier (Murcia) airport (20mins-transfer time).

Beaches:

The safe and sandy beaches of Aguamarinea and Compamoar are within a few minutes walk from the apartment down the hill, and the rocky caves of Caba Roig are close by and good for fishing from.
Ideal for Golf:

Three prime golf course of Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin are withing a few kilometres with more course not so far away at Quesda, Algorfa, La Manga and Torre Pacheco.  Campoamore has a terrace bar and restaurant that are worth visiting even if you do not play golf.

Local Attractions:-

Torrevieja 10 km to the north, Torrevieja is good for shopping with Carrefour hypermarket on the N332 and a good
variety of shops in the bustling centre as well as a busy indoor market for fresh fish, meat and vegetabile of excellent
quality and value.  There is plenty of life along the beach and promenade.
Guardamar has a lovely traffic free promenade and beach.  A good walk through the sand dunes park takes you to the
marina where you can visit the marina café (closed Mondays) and watch a little of the world go  quietly by.  Alicante
is worth a visit for the marina and its variety of restaurants and bars,  El Barrio with its street tapas bars.
