- Foxfire Golf & Country Club is a 385 acre private gated development set around a great 27 hole golf course in central Naples. Built in 1986, Foxfire has established itself as one of the most sought after neighbourhoods in central Naples.
- Situated in a small quiet private close within Foxfire, our home is a beautiful, luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom custom-built home with its own over-sized heated swimming pool.
- Beautifully furnished and decorated, this home has a generous 2300 sq ft living area (3000 sq. ft total area), is fully air conditioned and equipped for maximum comfort

THE HOUSE FOR RENTAL
There is a large bright sitting area, incorporating a formal dining area for 6 people, with stunning views & direct access over the private screened pool area and garden.
The family room is spacious, bright & cheerful room with TV, DVD, video player, radio & a library of books overlooking, and direct access to, the private pool area and garden.
There are 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king size bed (which can be converted into twin beds), large walk-in closet, and huge ensuite bathroom with sunken Roman tub and separate shower. Patio doors lead directly out onto the pool area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also has its private ensuite bathroom and closet. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, ideal for children or adults to share.
All bathrooms have showers. There is a plentiful supply of linen and towels for your use. Storage and hanging space is provided in all bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully-fitted & well-equipped (including electric & microwave ovens, electric hob, American fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher, with breakfast bar leading into family room.
There is a large heated pool with an extensive lanai. The pool is south-facing, very privately situated. The pool backs onto its own private and secluded garden surrounded by a large lawn with tropical fruit trees, palms and flowering bushes. The pool area is ideal for outdoor dining (with seating for 6 persons) and even has its own outdoor grill & bar area. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided .
Separate utility room with washer, tumble-dryer, sink and ironing facilities available. The integral double garage has remote-controlled automatic doors and provides direct access into house.
- Subject to availability and the prevailing terms and fees of the Foxfire Golf Club, 2 temporary golf memberships may be transferred to you for the duration of your stay
- Inexpensive car rental recommendations provided upon request
- House & beach towels, linen and a hairdryer are provided.
- The house is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms
- Children are catered for with some toys, books and DVDs for the under-5s. A cot and high chair are also provided for your use upon request at no charge. There are also some pool toys and inflatables.
- The neighbourhood has little traffic and, during the evening you can walk along the golf cart paths. In addition for a small fee of $30 per couple payable directly to the Foxfure Club, guests may use the tennis courts, large swimming pool, fully equipped gym and well-stocked library and Sunday brunch is highly recommended at the club house.
- A cleaner can be made available during your stay if requested (extra charge)
FOXFIRE GOLF COURSE
The Foxfire course, designed by Arthur Hill, is a par 72, 6300-yard course. With its 3 nines, Foxfire offers 27 holes of exciting and challenging golf for all levels.
With the warm Florida climate, golf can be played any time of year. There is a spectacular clubhouse, completed in April 2005, with pro shop, restaurant, heated 50' swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and 3 hydro hard-tru tennis courts – these facilities may be used with a one-off social fee of $30 per couple. The golf membership has one of the best value green fees in Naples. To help you, as a guide, the 2006 green fees (18 holes) for a renting visitor was $20 (April-Dec) and $30 (Jan - April), plus Florida sales tax.
There is a computerised tee-time system operated by telephone that allows you to make advance tee times yourself. This operates on a weighted average system whereby priority is given to those with the fewest number of plays in the previous 10 days. Please note these charges are payable directly to Foxfire and are subject to change at any time. For the beginner or improving golfer private lessons are availabe from just $30.

Booking - Rental Fees, Booking & Contact Details
The rental prices for this villa as are follow.- Low season rate (May to October inclusive) - £700 per week
- High season rate (November and December inclusive & January to April inclusive) - £800 per week (except Christmas & New Year period - £900 per week)
- All prices are inclusive of electricity (normal usage), cleaning and local telephone calls but exclusive of long distance calls. There is a charge of £50 per week to cover pool heating costs.
