The house is situated in a private development, sharing a central area of swimming pool, Jacuzzi, barbecues,showers and WCs
THE ACCOMMODATION
Sleeps 6
Living/dining area (including TV, video, DVD, CD player). There is a double sofa bed. French windows lead onto a balcony overlooking the valley view.
Second Floor 2 large bedrooms, each with 1 single and 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower and WC) and walk-in wardrobe.
Ground Floor
Ground Floor - Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Extra sleeping room available in a converted basement room.
Garage parking.
Bed linen and towels provided. Electricity included.
LOCATION
The house is 80 miles south of Los Angeles and 30 miles north of San Diego.
ATTRACTIONS
Legoland Carlsbad, plenty of good beaches, wonderful golf courses, tennis courts, superb shopping facilities including designer outlets and numerous restaurants, Del Mar Racecourse.

a fascinating city offering good museums, Old Town Trolley Tour, Balboa Park, Sea World, Harbour Cruises, Wildlife Park, Zoo, Baseball or American Football Stadiums.
Los Angeles - Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knots Berry Farm, Hollywood, Paul Getty Museums.
Mexico - The border is about 45-60 minutes drive from the house.
Palm Springs - This is about a 2-4 hour beautiful desert drive.
Las Vegas - 6 hour drive (or a short flight from San Diego).
Flights
There is a small airport at Carlsbad (10 minutes drive from the house) which has frequent shuttle flights from LA. There are alternatively airport minibus shuttle services available from LA and SD airports to your required destination or car hire is also available from any of the airports.
PRICE
The rental price ranges:
- Low-season: £475 for the first week and £375 for subsequent weeks.
- Mid-season: £500 for the first week and £400 for subsequent weeks.
- High season: £700 for the first week and £600 for subsequent weeks.
